Our beautiful 1,535 square feet, 3 bed/3 bath condo has awesome ocean views. The condo has an spacious split floor plan with floor to ceiling glass doors opening onto the balcony. The balcony runs the legth of the condo and has access from each bedroom and living area.
Our condo is a non-smoking unit and our association prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25. Identification is required.

Our condo is a 'NON-SMOKING/NON-PET' unit and OUR ASSOCIATION POLICY PROHIBITS RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS OLD. Identification required at check in.
