Our condo is newly updated with new living room furniture and smart TVs in living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and has a keurig and a regular coffee maker to appeal to all coffee lovers favorite! No washer/dryer. Coin operated washer/dryer on each floor.
Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing some construction. Occupants will experience some noise during business hours and see construction activity in the vicinity. All amenities are open with the exception of the splash pad. The opposite side of the building will be updating units' windows and sliding doors and making exterior concrete repairs/painting the building. The side of the building that our unit is on has been updated already. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
