This charming condo is located on the 8th floor. & has huge over sized balcony that can be accessed from the living room & master bedroom. The views are breathtaking!!!!

Kitchen has granite counter tops & upgraded kitchen cabinets, upgraded appliances, stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal. This unit also has kitchen bar with seating for three & dining room table has seating for four.

The gorgeous living room has a 55 " wall mounted flat smart screen TV with Blue Ray DVD. Also included is queen sleeper sofa, & two chairs that make into a single bed. The master bedroom has a wall mounted 42" flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player, king bed with beautiful furnishings. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed & 32" wall mounted TV & Blue Ray DVD player. The unit has washer & dryer in the laundry room.

Ariel Dunes resort is one of the newest condos in the area. It is 24 story tower with two huge pools over 11,000 sq ft. The pools includes one heated pool, mushroom fountain, and jetted water features. The Cabana Cafe is the ground floor has a full service restaurant & bar. Thursdays, Friday , Saturday nights & Sunday Brunch please treat yourself to some awesome music and entertainment. Family atmosphere & they love the the kids to join them on stage.

Cancellation Policy

For reservations cancelled before 60 days of arrival, a full refund will be issued. If confirmed reservations are canceled within 60 days of arrival, the Property Manager will attempt to re-book the unit. If the unit is re-booked at the same rate, 95% of the total funds will be refunded. If the reservation cannot be re-booked, no refund will be issued.

Deposit Policy

An accidental damage protection fee (non-refundable) and a signed rental agreement is required to confirm the reservation.

Stayed in this Ariel Dunes condo..June 10-17, 2017--a convenient location to outlet shopping, restaurants-- view of water exactly as in photo--great to sit on balcony and able to enjoy view...Condo and furnishings were clean and tastefully decorated...elevators were never a problem..hardly any wait ...pools were maintained and hours for use were strict...felt safe that security was actually on property...a short walk to beach--just across parking lot...shopping buggies/luggage carts were always available if needed...Marsha & Cindy were so very gracious to answer any questions--yes, would definitely want to stay in unit on next trip to area...Beth

We just returned home from our stay at Ariel Dunes I, Unit 808. Ariel Dunes is a condo in a "community" of several condos called Seascape Resort. We loved the way it was almost like a neighborhood. Ariel Dunes was beautiful and unit 808 was decorated so nice! It was also fully stocked for us. There was plenty of room for 7 girls to get ready every night. We loved the huge balcony, balcony furniture, and awesome view of the beach. The walk to the beach wasn't bad..just across the parking lot pretty much. I was hesitant about it not being beach front but it actually wasn't a problem at all. Also, it was close to Walmart, Target, Publix, several restaurants and Baytowne Wharf. Cindy and Marsha were AMAZING to work with and kept in touch with us if we needed anything. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had. They even gave us a list of restaurants and things to do! I can't say enough great things about the condo, the unit, or Cindy & Marsha. We will definitely use this place again next time we come to Destin. Highly recommend!!!
